FLOWCHART OF ADMISSION PROCESS

WELCOME

SCHOOL TOUR & BRIEFING ABOUT SCHOOL

The receptionist will take parents on school tour and dates will be informed for entrance exam.

ENTRANCE TEST

Entrance tests will be conducted as per the time table displayed at the Reception. Exams will be conducted only on the dates given.

RESULT DECLARATION

Results will be declared and informed telephonically. There will be no scope for retest.

MEETING WITH PRINCIPAL

Shortlisted students will be called to meet the Principal. One to one observation will be done and fee structure will be shared. Both the parents along with the child will be required compulsorily to meet principal.

REGISTRATION FORM

Interested parents may purchase Registration Form worth Rs.500/-. Documents required for admission will be briefed. Date of admission to be followed.

ADMISSION FORM

Parents will come to take admission on the communicated date only. On same day parents will need to pay the fees and carry all documents. Admission will not be done without documents

Original Birth Certificate (only for Gr.1 admission)
Students Aadhar Card photocopy
Parents Aadhar Card photocopy (Both Mother and Father)
Residential address proof: Light bill / Phone bill / Aadhar card / Passport
Passport size recent photographs of student: 08 Nos
Report Card / Progress Card photocopy (Gr. 2 onwards)
Cumulative Record book (Gr. 3 onwards)
Leaving Certificate (Gr. 2 onwards)
Students Saral ID No. & School UDISE No.
Caste Certificate (If applicable)
Medical Fitness certificate (prescription by MBBS/MD level doctor only)

If the highlighted documents are not available at the time of admission, same can be submitted latest within 30 days from the date of admission.
